Might set a goal of walking to my mailbox and back though! My goals are more along the lines of, I don't know, I'm turning 40 and I'm going have fun! (running is not my idea of fun!) I think it's better ...That is really great Laura!! I think it's better to set goals that just help you to get healthy, instaed of your only goal being to lose weight because it is hard!!
